Work Environment
First of all, my suggestion to all the readers, if you all are looking to join this company then its better you don’t join cause there is no growth. There is no proper management structure, and most of the time you will feel like this is not company. Though you might get good colleagues, work environment depends on owner’s mood. Whenever you ask for any facilities or leave or support, you will be doubted by management. There is no proper leave structure and Holiday structure. Admin guy is just statue in this company, if you ask to share Holiday details, you will not get it forever. Many good employees have left this company just because of owner’s bad behavior. Treatment you get here will be worst and you will feel like you are in jail.
Support from other Staff
During my time, staff was good, supportive. But when whatever team decisions, team work we had planned, never succeeded as owner comes in between with his old and outdated mind which results in doing what owner wants and not what team wants. Companies so called product is said to be working for decade but fact is it is always kick started in minutes by Site peoples. If you are a team work guy, then you are not at right place.
