-Very disorganized-no strategic plans, no clear job descriptions, lots of confusion -Management will smile and say they want to help but then stab you in the back-every man for himself culture -CEO is driven by ego and company decisions are made that will boost his ego but not do much for the company overall. -sales executive team is extremely incompetent, they blame everyone else for lack of sales-they should have retired already -HR cannot be trusted and they encourage people to write good reviews on the company to boost the CEO's ego -They do not want to hear the truth, the only way to get along in the company is to agree and tell management what they want to hear. Too bad because there are many smart people who could add value if you just listen to them.
