Incompetent, inexperienced leadership way in over their heads (no one there knows anything about running a DTC ecommerce business, and trust me it shows) who treat their contractors and vendors terribly. Culture here is akin to a fraternity with homogenous leadership holding very 'socially conservative' views masking as faux liberals. To put it another way - at an offsite I was asked if I did drugs and then offered shrooms in front of the entire team by the company CEO (sounds like a cool place to work right?!) then over the course of the next few days I hear him and other 'execs' make discriminatory comments about LGBTQ and Hispanic people. It's a confusing place to work from a 'work culture' standpoint. Professionally speaking, most of the team lacked integrity, work ethic, and organization. A few people certainly worked hard, but it was their network of contractors and vendors (who they consistently took advantage of and discarded, some times without paying) were the ones that mostly kept the wheels churning. If you take your career seriously, you're much better off finding a team with a more professional work culture with more experienced team that treats people better and doesn't pride themselves on their open and rampant drug use.
