Leadership is very sales centric and not product centric. The parent company in Minnesota is acquiring companies but not doing much with them. It's unclear if there's a master plan. Designers who care about creating great work and seeing it built and released, you might be disappointed and bored. A small handful of legacy employees act as gatekeepers and are permitted to behave unprofessionally, even abusively, with no recourse. This creates an environment that feel unsafe to share ideas and has a chilling effect on new ideas. No formalized system of or access to user research to make data-driven product decisions.
