Lots of silos: Sales, product and engineering are three different organizations that are not aligned and don't communicate well. No accountability: co-workers constantly throwing things across the fence. I found myself many times in limbo between two teams each pointing to each other to manage things. Not customer centric which leaves the customer facing teams joggling responses to customers. Very bureaucratic and hierarchical. If you are outside of NM it's very difficult to get things done and get promoted. We would always celebrate "another great quarter" but since the goals were never publishes you'd never know whether that real or not.
