I barely had my rate increased by 1 dollar in each of the last years It's not uncommon that the client removes the position and you have a month to see if Perform can find another one, otherwise it's gg They talk a lot about being a family and stuff, but once you're without a client, they don't even talk to you other than to tell you to update your resume
