I appreciated the level of trust and autonomy given to deliver the work. Communication was clear, and the community aspect of Perform Partners is a strong positive. As with many integration-heavy programmes. There were challenges around evolving requirements and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, but the team remained pragmatic and adaptable to deliver value and high-quality outcomes! A genuinely human workplace with little ego and lots of trust. People listen, care about each other, and want to do great work in the right way.
