I worked with Perform Partners on a complex integration programme spanning AWS, Kafka, Salesforce, and third-party systems. The team was collaborative and supportive. I appreciated the level of trust and autonomy given to deliver the work. Communication was clear, and the community aspect of Perform Partners is a strong positive. As with many integration-heavy programmes. There were challenges around evolving requirements and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, but the team remained pragmatic and adaptable to deliver value and high-quality outcomes! Like any consultancy, there are busy periods, but there’s honesty, kindness, and support when things get tough. Perform Partners is a special place. I’m hugely grateful for the opportunity and I’ll always be proud of the culture we built together and the incredible people who bring it to life every day.
