I'm thrilled to be working at Performtel. The staff are upbeat, collaborative, young, and motivated to help and support all of us. I've never worked in a call center before and I was nervous to begin. I went through the training and by the last day, I felt prepared and well mentored. I have had the opportunity to talk to Performtel employees at all levels. I feel like if I commit myself to doing an excellent job, I'll have plenty of opportunities for job growth and mentorship. I understand what is expected of me in terms of quality of calls, attendance, tardiness, and time off.
