They will pay you so much less than the market scale. Management has no vision or plan for the future. All you will get in the name of change or progress is false promises. Management does not like it when employees talk to each other within the team. Politics is done only and only by management. There is no process for one to grow o. When you leave the company for a better future, management will start saying you were not doing good job and you were about to get fired. Your reviews will be delayed by months so they don't have to pay you more. You would be told that the manager has so many things to do and your review can not be done. It is a disaster. All your hard work will not be seen if you even make one small mistake. There is no recognition for good work. They don't even want to know why employees leaving. There is no process for growth in terms of personal, professional or financial. They care about the time you are there, not the quality of work you do. RUN AWAY FROM I.T.
