Good people to work with on my team and some in other areas. They also have a product that they cannot make fast enough for their customers.

This company simply cannot pay its bills in a timely manner. And this is killing it. Multiple vendors and service providers have put us on a " cash up front" basis. Leadership also makes promises on capital investments that never happen. In fact, major capital assets keep getting sold off to raise funds to operate the business with. The fear is that the the company is running out of things to sell to raise money to inject into the operations. Once that point is reached the doors will closeZ. The fear of bankruptcy looms.

Very good company to work for. Team coordinator and supervisor didn't hover over you. As long as you were doing your job you pretty much was at work with no supervision. It's a shame that the plant closed. I enjoyed every minute of employment.

Medical benefits were affordable compared to other companies. Corporate offices were new and nice and some very talented people.

Company owners reporting expectations are the only focus of this business. Management will find a way to hit a number regardless of the method, broken promises, high turnover, the inability to change, negative culture, lack of timely decisions and communication amongst leaders which results in inefficiencies down the line, lack of opportunity/growth, systems that are very complex and difficult to work with. 401(k) match removed, no bonuses, no formal goal setting, measuring process, mid year or end of year reviews to help drive personal performance and the business forward. No raises or a plan to offer them.
