Very good company to work for. Team coordinator and supervisor didn't hover over you. As long as you were doing your job you pretty much was at work with no supervision. It's a shame that the plant closed. I enjoyed every minute of employment.

Management will find a way to hit a number regardless of the method, broken promises, high turnover, the inability to change, negative culture, lack of timely decisions and communication amongst leaders which results in inefficiencies down the line, lack of opportunity/growth, systems that are very complex and difficult to work with. 401(k) match removed, no bonuses, no formal goal setting, measuring process, mid year or end of year reviews to help drive personal performance and the business forward. No raises or a plan to offer them.
