      Upper management is hostile without any concern for the customer. No chance to advance in the company. Too many operational issues to deal with.

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
