      Unloading in all types of weathers. Driving while really tired especially when you have more than 3 hrs can be risky.

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
