At the Springfield, MA location, you have failed the moment you walk in. The top tier management in all a part of a "clique" that you will never be part of, and you will be a target when things go bad. These same individuals are driver by their inflated bonuses and will do whatever they need to, right or wrong, to achieve that.If that means you take the hit, they will create whatever narrative they need to accomplish that. They have their fingers in every part of the business and will not be able to avoid them. In my time there, I watched them break the law daily with respect to federal cold chain requirements, people operating vehicles they are not licensed to (once was by a VP that I instructed not to, and he hung up on me and a complete disregard for any rules that do not allow them to operate the way they choose. The person in charge is one of low integrity and selfishness, except for his group of followers. They dangle bags of money to manipulate you to do things that you really do not want to and then if you still say no, you are identified as a "problem" and they will focus energies to limit your earning ability. They DO NOT care about anyone in that building except their small group and unfortunately, that group includes at least one individual that has been hand-picked to represent each department so that way, nothing is missed, and everyone keeps quiet. Safety, transportation and warehousing are loaded with a variety of people that "rat" on anything they think will help them in their endeavors, especially transportation. This group, with the help of the safety department associates will actually create a frame for your invented mistake to happen in....in other words, lie to get you out. You will need to be at their beck and call and if not, good luck feeding your family. Stay away and find other work. You will be beaten down both mentally and physically and look back and wonder why you would ever have believed anything they told you.
