      Management is La Crosse are bully's. It's easy to sit behind a desk and monitor. I call that a boss not a leader. The world needs more leaders. Not someone who belittles people. Every dog has its day.

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
