Lots of them. To start with, you need to be the boss’ puppet without any opinion of your own. Lots of politics by the higher management can cost you your job. I worked here for close to 5 years but due to petty politics by my boss and the HR, I was asked to leave. Your talent and hard work don’t matter unless you are friends with the boss and take part in cultural events. Also, despite having good clients, every year the management shows a bad picture of no new business growth and doesn’t give appraisals. Only very few, the favourites of the company get salary hike and promotion. You won’t be promoted or given a raise until you meet the above mentioned criteria. Lots of people are laid off, especially those with higher salary and who are not puppets of the company. So think before joining here
