Due to the high demands, achieving a healthy work-life balance can be challenging. Extended hours and weekend work are not uncommon, which can negatively impact personal time and well-being. There are instances where the available resources do not match the scope and scale of the projects. This mismatch can create additional stress and hinder the ability to deliver quality work within the expected timeframes.
