Leadership is very supportive and helpful. They let you do your job, and offer help where needed. Great products and services. These folks are interested in being the best, and they are doing it the right way.

It's a takeover/rip & replace market, so it's tough to sell into. We are working on ways to compliment, rather than replace systems, so the future is going to be even better. Could always use more marketing support, but that is becoming more abundant as well.
