Lack of professionality - Recensione dipendente - Consultant presso Perido

Very poor salary when you start with them and it is hourly, so you lose a lot of money when on vacation or out of office. The manager that I had was not professional at all, one could guess that it was his first time as manager, and he was also very offensive when during a phone call where I couldn't hear him he commented that I could speak English if I didn't understand Swedish. They also have poor benefits regarding health and free time (t. Ex. gym membership is not reimbursed 1000kr every 6 month, instead they have a ridiculous 12% discount which is nothing.) They are absolutely not open when you want to negotiate both salary and benefits, unless they understand that they could lose you as consultant.
