Hypergrowth + ultra fast-paced working + extremely high expectations = not the right environment for everyone. More has been done to equip the business with the tools to manage this, but for a long time this just led to employee burnout which is still rife. Most people can only put up with it for so long before it becomes too much. A strong 3 day a week office mandate, which is not suitable for many people. No annual bonus available on most roles which is atypical, SOPs usually available but you have to buy them at end of tenure or lose out - which is unrealistic unless you're in a very senior role.
