Benefits were solid with above average PTO, and leadership within support made an effort to protect work life balance. The culture encouraged empathy for employees as people, not just numbers.

Pay was below market and annual raises did not keep up with inflation. Advancement and promotion opportunities were very limited, especially outside of support. Cross team communication and efficiency were weak, particularly in a fully remote environment. Broader leadership and executive alignment often felt disconnected from day to day realities, which led to burnout or skill stagnation over time.
