Boss stays in the back office and has no desire to help you learn things, just wants you to do his busy work. Boss is nice and a good guy, but it seems like he can do everything on his own and just hires employees to make his clients think that its a bigger company and more professional than it really is. $10/hr Also in the interview, you will be asked if you think you are lucky...if you answer no then you are automatically no longer considered for the job.
