Terrible management which at worst enables and at best turns a blind eye on some bullying practices. New managers participate in 1 leadership course but receive no further guidance resulting in some of them being terrible leaders with no idea how to manage a team. All the processes are outdated which can sometimes mean employees are overworked. Restructures are frequent, sometimes with no clear purpose leading to many employees being scared or feeling unheard.
