Vantaggi
Great company with a great mission. There is a genuine focus on helping customers, improving the experience, and building something that can make a meaningful impact. The culture is one of the biggest strengths of the company. People care. They care about their coworkers, they care about customers, and they care about doing great work. That creates an environment where teams are willing to jump in, help each other, and work through challenges together. It is not a place where people are just checking the box. There is a real sense of ownership and pride in the work. The team is smart, collaborative, and highly engaged. People move quickly, ask good questions, and are willing to solve problems even when the answer is not obvious. There is a strong bias toward action, and high performers are trusted with meaningful responsibility. If you are someone who wants to take ownership, learn quickly, and have a direct impact on the business, Perpay creates a lot of opportunity.

Because the team is small and the work is big, the hiring process can feel long, both internally and externally. We aren’t just hiring for the role that needs to be filled today; we are hiring for the role/talent the business will need in 24 to 36 months. That means there is a lot of deliberation around talent, experience, culture fit, and ability to scale. That can be challenging when there is work that needs support now, but the process has produced strong results. We've built an incredible team, and I cannot remember the last time we made a hire that did not work out. So while the process can feel slow at times, it is clearly helping us build the right team for where the company is going.
