Stressful working environment Blame culture Team leaders/management don't listen. Insane employee turnover rate. No recompense for overtime (that was always required) Career progression isn't a possibility unless you're a favourite. One rule for one, one for another. Time here was insanely stressful and the work/life balance is appalling. If you're behind you're expected to catch up at your own expense (time), if you make a mistake they shine a bright light onto it, victimize you, and treat you like you're 5 years old (sometimes in front of the rest of the lab). Management don't listen, so the problems compound. To the point where they constantly direct you away from HR, as to not highlight their poor attitude.
