Great floor plans, good pay, overworked...don't believe anything they tell you. No one happy , everyone has a major attitude, and unkind. Talk to you like dirt.... Training is a waste of time. No real training. You learn better by yourself .

Run. Worse builders in the world, all trainees , they are order takers and bad at that! VP's not educated , no nothing about sales , no support! Try to act educated but their ignorance shines thru. Blind leading the blind...how they made it this far is a joke! VPs having affairs with realtors. Two face , liars , having favorites. The ones that are bad to other sales agents get rewarded.
