Ruthless inexperienced higher management who are completely out of their depth. The only thing that is important to Perry’s is the bottom line and they do not care how they get it. Promote People first which is a farce they do not care about the staff you are simply a number. Very high staff turnover. Once a very good company but have become greedy obtaining themselves a very bad reputation within the motor industry.
