Toxic culture, where the values they try to preach to their employees are not often lived out by the executives and the leadership team. Systems and processes are too bureaucratic. Office politics are a thing here, everyone is out to cover their a** making it difficult to work collaboratively. Transparency and accountability is hardly practiced.
