This is a company that really cares about your personal growth and development. Within the first months of my employment I was given the opportunity to go to an automation conference to learn new tools to enrich my skillset. The culture here is friendly and encouraging. I feel like I can ask for help from anybody. People here are always ready to help out clients and peers alike!

The number and complexities of some of the tools used here can be overwhelming at first, but with everyone being willing to help teach and show you around, this becomes a non-issue.

Experience with various technical infrastructures. Great potlucks.

Unprofessional and inappropriate management. High turn over rate. Low pay. Low bonuses or raises, even if performance and professional skills improve. You have to use PTO for doctor appointments and you don't get many hours of PTO.
