During any kind of holiday season or rush, you are expected to be there 60 hours bare minimum. The real committed people would put in far more than that. If you didn't want to come in on Sunday, comments threatening your job security would be made. Holiday rushes last for more than a month depending on the holiday. Work begins at 6:30 am. On two occasions, I was very sick and the management wouldn't let me leave. No matter what your job position is, everyone is expected to do warehouse tasks as well, such as packaging items to be shipped. So if you're done with your work it's warehouse time. A large portion of this company is made up of family members. There is a lot of special treatment and family in-fighting.
