I realize many people take to Glassdoor in the hopes of airing there grievances publicly. While this happens with many companies, unfortunately in this case, many of the negative reviews on this site are correct. - The Company seems to have a hard time wanting to affirm that the real headquarters is Austin and no longer Vienna. I’m not sure why, although I suspect that if they were to publicly admit that, the company would risk losing some of the clients that remain. - As others have mentioned, the Friday All-Hands always focused on nearing new sales, yet they rarely came. The only time we heard of a sale was when the company purchased a smaller company near the end of last year to integrate with the existing platform. I firmly believe the acquisition was solely to increase the company’s sales. As mentioned in other reviews, most of the income came in the form of expensive upgrades. - Benefits = Abysmal. If the decision maker of the company benefits won’t participate, what else do you need to know. Yes, I do understand that the company needs to watch it’s spending to remain viable, which leads me to my next point. - Salaries = Low. It’s hard to watch a company that hires, not all, but many fresh out of college graduates, pays them beginning salaries and then bills the same work out at 8 - 10 times the cost and they will not pay for training so they can do the job well. Funny how the dollars need to be watched, but when bonuses for certain tiers of people (anything higher than SVP level) come due, the money is somehow available. - Cliquish culture. Unless you’re one of the elite few that have been chosen by the Executive staff, good luck advancing. Unless you have formerly worked with or know any of the executives, your chances of advancement are slim to none. - Don’t kid yourself, the VC runs this company and no one else. If the VC says it’s not going to happen, it ain’t happening (that includes reviews, raises, promotions, etc). The worst pat of this is, when it was brought to the powers that be (C-Level, HR, etc), the employees were told “We’ll look into this and see what we can do.” Which basically translated to “sorry, nothing we can do.”
