Over the past couple of years, no one on the sales team has been able to hit their quota. The main reason? The quotas are unrealistic, and they keep increasing significantly every year. It wasn’t always like this, but things changed when a new executive took over. They completely overhauled the commission structure, making it nearly impossible for anyone to reach their targets. On top of that, there's no real opportunity for growth here. Instead of addressing the issues, the executives shift the blame onto employees, making them feel like their struggles are their own fault, while they take no responsibility for their decisions. The fact that not a single person has met their quota in years should be a red flag. Another major issue is the company's track record of laying off employees, regardless of how long they’ve been with the company. They've dissolved entire teams, forcing the remaining employees to take on additional responsibilities, which has made the day-to-day work incredibly stressful. The products across all departments are outdated, and a lot of them aren’t even supported anymore. The product team doesn’t really take a proactive approach to keep up with or outpace the competition. The pricing is another issue—it's like paying five-star restaurant prices for fast food. If you're looking for fair pay and a supportive work environment, I’d strongly recommend steering clear of this company.
