Great team spirit. Some good benefits such as pension, child care vouchers, health cover. The CEO really cares for the welfare and well being of staff. Aim of the business is motivational (helping people to move forward in life). Culture of care for everyone.

IT systems/customer service are very poor and have a detrimental impact on staff's ability to carry out day to day job. Some management/HR practices lack transparency and cause inequalities/bad feeling amongst staff. The business is very reactive and doesn't seem to plan ahead/consider the impact of decisions on staff/customers. Little progression opportunities and where there are people seem to have been picked prior to the job being opened up to anyone else.
