      This company is having a hard time retaining employees in every venue and the corporate office. They run a very high stress environment and HR will use write ups and fear mongering tactics to threaten you. The smallest mistake could have an individual fearing being fired. Anything you can do wrong will be weighed against you despite how much you invest in the company or how much work you do. The pay is great, but not for the sheer amount of stress working for this company creates. Avoid avoid avoid.

      If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

      Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
