Learn about different adoption ageancies and help others. Petsmart is very community friendly. We do different events throughout the year. Very liberal and fun company. Managers, co workers and most of the pet parents are awesome.

Unfortunately, Petsmart is more of a retail based company. I mostly do cashier and customer service which some customers are "interesting". Being retail we get retail pay. Dont consider long term unless you're moving up in the company. If you stay in the same postion etc just know the new hires are making more than you. Schedules can be a problem. There are no set schedules.
