Fun job. Work with animals all day and meet interesting people.

No accountability to staff or management. Drama everywhere drama. Upper management ignores complaints from staff and other management. Harassment and intimidation is considered acceptable, along with flat out bullying. Company HR is little to no help in the situation. Limited/Poor Training. Company has a huge overdone training process that even tests you after you are done. None of what you learn is useful in your job and even your final test is a pass no matter what. Too many manipulative personalities.

If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
