      Struggling to think about saying anything positive or neutral? Corporate office is cross street from In-n-Out Burger. Next to trauma center when near collapse from “work life balance”?

      There is nothing good about this hole. One screw job after another. It’s one thing to ask anyone living in Phoenix Metro area to return to office? But total screw job saying the entire state of Arizona must return. I remember a few years back when PetsFart only recruited out of state cuz you smell their reputation in Tucson. Glad I’m gone. Working for myself @ significantly more $$$ and no PetsFart IT buffoons (they call themselves manager or leaders)

      If you have experience they can pay very well considering the size of the company. Depending on which store you are in, they can be pretty good at fostering a good environment and culture.

      Company is primarily focused on sales and not customer experience. So expect a lot of metrics and hounding customers. Company is trying to be technologically forward but continues to neglect to invest in the technology. So there’s updates every week crashes every week with no communication around it.
