No help from leads or staff. Evening shift is the worst, the manager puts all the worst staff in the evening since no one there wants to work it. The staff is young so they lack motivation and drive when it comes to work. The manager is very threatening in the communication they give on whatsapp. I told staffing manager I could only work part-time as im starting school and he put me on 8 days in a row and said there must have been an "error" when he makes the schedule. Morning crew blames evening crew for everything when they do nothing. Another thing. The hiring manager was strict about "personal hygiene" but most people there stink. The dogs are actually in danger here. I've worked at kennels for over 10 years and never would I work at another one ran by "NVA". The list goes on and on, but take it from me it's not worth the little pay you will receive. Company should be investigated by BBB.
