That's the reason why new employees take longer to be familiar with the business and how their team operates. This is one of the reasons to cause second bullets. - There is no personal or career development at all. The company thinks this is big news but the reality is that most companies don't have that waiting period and the matching% is a bit higher. No one really was excited about this.
