- long time team members who have been there for years as a casual hours drop during slower time and won't be give shifts for months on end then complain you got a 2nd job and have less availability when you were ready to work - put too much pressure on VM merchandising, every week there is a floor move and window change - the exact minimum wage yet there is an ad in store that says competitive salary
