It is not historical center of the island. It's just industry zone with scary and unleasant semi-destroyed buildings. It takes up to 15 (summer) and up to 20 minutes to get to your work place from subway statiocs (Sportivnaya, Vasileostrovskays)

Too much bureaucracy in development process and generally in all internal communications. Lots of paperwork. Some of employees are sitting there for many years, but really should be replaced by a brighter ones. Lots of old codebase that needs to be refactored.
