Company managers reach out to employees to discuss employee concerns and suggestions for changes; the company provides employees with a variety of training programs; salary and benefits packages are benchmarked to stay competitive and management has generously hosted fundraisers on behalf of employees in need. When positions become available, existing employees are encouraged to apply as management strives to promote from within, whenever possible. Perhaps an employee who doesn't advance remains in the same position by choice or because of their own limitations. All employees are encouraged to discuss their concerns with management or Human Resources.
