Great company with good culture and environment

The Houston rice village area commute is difficult.

You will not be micro-managed and will be given the ability to make a difference in the company. They look for people that are innovators and want people who want to over-achieve. There are little restrictions to amount of time worked and a very welcoming and flexible work environment. The leadership takes care of their employees on a personal level.

It is a smaller company, keeping them from being able to provide ludicrous benefits. They don't control a large percentage of the market so salesmen have to work harder than their peers at larger companies.
