Long hours of work and I would often get called early on a day off, or a day I'd asked to have off, to come in. Management when I was there was questionable. Seems a money hungry CEO and company when I was leaving: decided to stop selling items from a company that repurposed recycled plastic because it wasn't making them money. Which I understand, but their whole ethos was about being environmentally friendly.
