Not worth the pay lol - Recensione dipendente - Assisstant Manager presso Pets Corner

The pay is ridiculous for what we have to do. For an AM we get paid 20p more than team member. Which is not worth the extra BS and stress. We're expected to act like specialists but get paid minimum wage. And the rules on tattoos is so outdated, can't show them because it's not professional? It's not the 1960's anymore and most stores have no AC so the summers are ridiculous but then stores that are lucky enough to get it, it's capped and all automated. Commission gets harder to earn every 3-6 months making it near impossible for most stores to reach.
