      - Very environmentally friendly and forward thinking company - Involved Ceo - Animal First, welfare over profit - KPIs aren't pushed hard and hitting them is rewarded if only minor - Good in depth training on products/ at training centres - Clients/customers on the most part are much nicer than standard retain

      Svantaggi

      - Low/poor pay - I clean dog pee 4 times a day on average - Hit or miss with getting a good manager - Your direct manager doesn't hire you so its luck of the draw if you fit well with the team. I was lucky - Job is sometimes stressful
