No training , support or consideration from upper management. They don’t even show up to help. Inconsiderate and sometimes flat out rude to staff. No incentives from them to help their stores progress. Hours too long and not enough staff especially in busy stores. If you need to travel you’ll have no work life balance. In store staff are the ones making this business!! Be respectful and stop overworking them! Training centres too far away and not paid extra for time and travel. You’re reminded whatever you do ‘is not for the money’ but it’s all the Sdm and Regionals seems to care about. You’re slaving away for someone who benefits and doesn’t even do their job properly, must be nice
