Concerns around micromanagement, clarity of expectations, training, and fairness in leadership are taken seriously, and your comments reflect areas we have been actively addressing within the Implementation and Customer Success organizations.
Over the past year, we’ve made significant leadership and structural changes, strengthened training programs, and updated our career frameworks to create more clarity and support. While I’m glad you’ve found value in the remote environment and benefits, it’s clear we did not meet your expectations in other important areas.
