Svantaggi
Let me tell you what will happen if you decide to work here. During the interview process Yves will tell you you can make $100,000 a year and have lots of great 'buying' accounts. You think great, and accept the job. Once you start you will get limited to no 'buying accounts' or accounts that have previously done business but refuse to work with Pewter because of ridiculous freight charges or agreeing one price for the product and charging more once they receive the product. Yves keeps all the best accounts to himself and claims to be 'the best salesmen around'. In reality you will struggle to make the minimum wage, commission sales will be clawed back for reasons that were not your fault and Yves will think of some shady reason not to pay you a dime. In Yves eyes, he can do no wrong, nothing is his fault and he still wonders why he's gone through 20 staff in 1 year and lost $100's of thousands in revenue. Yves loves confrontation, gets emotional and you'll wish you never took the job within a week of working there. When pay day comes around you'll get super anxious as to how much your going to get paid and every month he tries something different in order to pay you less. Anyway, accept this job at your peril, but don't say you haven't been warned...
